If your comments are being removed wholesale without having to log out or switch accounts to see if they're deleted, it's not a shadowban and most likely a glitch. If you do have to do that, it's most likely either the uploader's channel filter, the uploader removed your comment or they may have even shadowbanned you from their channel.
Unable to resolve or delete comments that are missing selected text. The issue is often, when a piece of text a comment was attached to is deleted before the comment was resolved, the comment sticks around without any "selected text". They will often have no content either, only stating "made a suggestion".
