Eevee is the most affordable of the bunch (which, as a LEGO collector, my budget truly appreciates). At $60, this 587-piece set is great for first-time adult LEGO builders. The head, ears, and tail are fully articulated, so you can pose Eevee in a number of absolutely adorable positions.

LEGO has plenty of great sets lined up for this year, but this one rumored Architecture set would be a must-buy for collectors.
