This sequence is a circular yoga flow ⭕️ – one continuous loop that starts and ends in the same place. We begin in twisting big toe pose, then keep the lifted leg hovering as the arms open wide. From there, the leg sweeps back and lands lightly into warrior 2, which carries us into a lateral lunge toward the back of the mat. Pigeon to pigeon: I start out in pigeon pose with a vertical torso with my right leg forward. Then I shift my hips to the right and sweep my back foot forward and in front of my right shin.
