It was a purple reunion! This is the first time The Color Purple family has been together since the movie wrapped last year. As each one kept arriving, the room got louder—so much that they had to shush us so we didn’t interrupt the people in the next room watching the film. But to quote Danielle Brooks, “You can’t shush Black people at a family reunion!” 😂 Get ready to see a lot more from us cause we’re spreading purple love all season long 💜 The Color Purple is in theaters this Christmas Day
