Courgette flowers are edible and taste wonderful. My favourite way to cook them is to fill them with ricotta cheese, cover them in batter and then deep fry them. How to make courgette flower fritters: To make the batter you’ll need:100g plain flower 130ml of water1 tablespoon of oil, Egg white (whisked) from one eggCombine the flour, water and oil in a mixing bowl. Fold in the whisked egg white to create the batter. Fill the courgette flower with ricotta and then fold the ends of the petals toge
