I honestly prefer getting into a back carry by just having the carrier ready to go and then popping them onto my back and lifting the carrier around my child. However, this isn't always the best option for everyone. I know that many feel more secure when the carrier is already up and around their child and then they move it into position. I'd love to hear what you find easiest and most comfortable for getting your own baby or toddler onto your back. And I will work on getting a few other videos
