Another fresh cream upon popular demand! Here we are going all out ;) I still recommend only using fresh cream for these shorter, softer style cakes. To help make the cream cream a little stiffer and stable, I added 4 tablespoons of icing sugar to 600ml of heavy cream. Icing mixture would work wonderfully here too.
